Kenilworth Castle in Warwickshire is a ruin dating back to the 15th century, it was a fortified house and owned by the Earl of Leicester, a favourite of Queen Elizabeth I.  She is reported to have visited on more than one of her Royal Progress's.   20.07.2007

The Castle is still the home of the Earl of Warwick with large private apartments and public areas.

One exhibit is recording the visit of the King of England George IV during Georgian times.
